Our
Story
The Wandering Cat began with small, carefully held yoga classes and nature-based retreats, shaped by a desire to move away from pressure and intensity, and toward care, rest, and listening. What started as quiet gatherings gradually grew into a community rooted in nervous system regulation, sustainable strength, and mindful living.
Today, The Wandering Cat lives in two places: Basecamp, our city home for regular classes and workshops, and Retreats, where we wander into nature for deeper pauses and reflection.
Both are held with the same intention — to create spaces where people can slow down, feel supported, and come back to themselves.
